Arabella Puentes, Esq.

Ms. Puentes attended University of Miami where she obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Prior to this she studied languages in Bournemouth, United Kingdom and Montreal, Canada. Ms. Puentes received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law where she obtained two Academic Achievement Awards.

Before pursuing law, Ms. Puentes worked in the banking sector with the U.S. Treasury Department- Office of the Comptroller of the Currency where she participated in annual regulatory examinations for small and mid-size community banks. In addition, Ms. Puentes worked in the financial sector with Morgan Stanley.

While in law school Ms. Puentes served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chief Judge David Gersten in the Third District Court of Appeal. Following law school Ms. Puentes worked for a boutique law firm in Coral Gables and with a local community bank.

Ms. Puentes is member of the Florida Bar Association and her areas of practice include banking law, corporate law, international and domestic business transactions. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and proficient in French.

Klara Fishman-Sitbon, Esq.

Ms. Fishman-Sitbon graduated cum laude from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ms. Fishman-Sitbon participated in several National Honor Societies and received the Outstanding Senior Service Award from the Department of Management. She attended St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Fishman-Sitbon participated in a national honor society and was on the dean’s list.

Before pursuing law, Ms. Fishman-Sitbon coordinated public relations campaigns for U.S. companies wishing to obtain business from the Russian community. While in law school Ms. Fishman-Sitbon served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Administrative Judge Amy Karan in the Eleventh Circuit Court. She also worked with a boutique law firm in South Miami.

Ms. Fishman-Sitbon is a member of the Florida Bar Association and her areas of practice include international and domestic business transactions, corporate law, and probate and estate planning. She is fluent in English and Russian.
